I don’t know who needs to hear this, but you deserve better than WFT and there are so many better companies out there.
Unless you’re a part of the cowboy hat, big belt buckle, know nothing, bad decision making good old boy club. You fit right in and should stay.
Actually you know that is true. Its no benefit to have wft on a resume
unfortunately wft has become such a joke, its hard to find a job with wft on the resumè.
So true I’m afraid ran by absolute baffoons, & work performed by the circus clowns !!!! A big part of these people justify their jobs by dropping to there knees ??? You can guess why, if you feel the need to do this to keep your jobs ....... well I’m afraid you are 1 sorry assed person, this has been what’s been happening for years id–ts replace id–ts so no wonder the company isn’t surviving !!! Seen so much decent lads pushed out the door it’s disgusting !! But hey what goes around comes around 😉 & it’s coming.
How many times have you heard, " get the work and we will get you what you need"? We got the work but never got what we needed and jobs went bad and lost those customers forever.
I have to avoid being caught up in bad decisions every day. Ive turned down a lot of work rather than let other mgrs foul it up. I got tired of cleaning up messes
