Same happened to me. Reported harassment earlier in the year, and have now been made redundant after 20 years service.
Seems to be a lot of it goes on in SLB these days. They rolled out a quest training course on ‘respect in the work place’. Suspect this was because of all the harassment.
Not much info in your post. Likely you, along with everyone else that has been released where put on a list months ago.....
your name may be on the negotiate list already, so what you did just help them make decision quicker. i seen worst than that. manager fight over manager. so the best way to get it over is one has to go. in this case it is you. an example of polictic run in slb.
It's funny how HR monitors this websites trying to hide the mess going on in SLB. Hope, people will take appropriate legal actions.
