Why is it that we get free gifts with purchase on some vendors in fragrance and they specifically say with large size purchase and the customers is buying a small size and act like spoiled brats when you tell them that, then call a manager who then tells you to give it to them anyway. Why ??? These customers then look at the associates and grin knowing they got there way and got over on belk. This c-ap needs to stop ! It puts the associates in a very bad place. The customer assumes that the associates is targeting just them when that's not true. We are just going by the rules. Please stop throwing us under the bus .

Wish they'd just stop sending free stuff. It's more of a problem than people know.
