our Cosmetics/fragrance counter is EMPTY, stock levels are are so low customers ask every day “when are you closing?”, and EVERY manager is going to interview for other jobs, including the store manager, the end is near!!!!

The stock levels in cosmetics are depressing to say the least. Empty counters and when we do get a shipment fulfillment comes along and takes it for the online orders. Our store is BARE and our customers are asking when we are closing. Something has to change it’s really sad and not the Belk from 10 years ago.
I wish someone could post some photos of random stores with empty fixtures.
