Thread regarding Noble Energy Inc. layoffs

Did Noble lay off again today the 14th July?

I was laid off July 7 the severance page listing ages of staff portion of package Showed 102 people severed. Someone on this site said 240 were let go. Was the remaining 138 let go today?

I was the one that mentioned 240. That was a number provided to me for ServiceNow offboard tickets that someone remaining received following the 7/7 workforce reduction. Based on what the type of offboard request covered, there could have been individuals outside of this request, which is why I also stated it was probably a minimum number.

I would trust the paperwork you received over the information I had. I was just passing along what I learned. Keep in mind, this site is nothing more than a rumor mill.

I think age is the big one they are worried about the most. Helps cover their asses from lawsuits

If 40 or over, you only received the detailed information listing age and title for your org. For example, those reporting up to the CFO were only able to see info related to others reporting up to CFO.

if you are under 40, you are not part of a protected age class and probably did not get demographic data.
