Keep an eye on the Insured's, non renewing and new business, and what is being transferred to TPA's. A big way to cut costs is to also have new business handled by TPA's and have it just on paper as an AIG account. There will be a lot of little TPA's dropped as well. This is currently being reviewed by the newer in house TPA division. Keep your eyes open and be ready.

Moving some adjusters to TPA oversight. Hand picked by their managers. Favorites vs most qualified.
Post ID: @npn+15VVvhJm Some Adjusters were sent over to the TPA division. There are other depts that are or support Claims.
Unfortunately, Underwriters do not support AIG Claims. WC claim management is not helping. Looks like they laid off the best and kept the mediocre. Maybe, it is their plan to fire vs laying off????
