Anyone know how bad the cuts will be? The email didn't say much but tell people who they are working for.

There are some open spots at the top, they have been waiting to fill those until the reorganization is complete.
National Deployment Team are the recruiters for the agency owners, that group has always been there but not too many people know about them, their reporting channel just changed, the recruiters would report up to one HR executive while the National Deployment Team would report to another, the decision was just recently made to have the recruiters report up into the National Deployment Team to an HR VP then to Carrie Blair
We had the new organizational chart shared with us, it looks like they are creating 2 new executive positions? were these open before? It looks like there is a shuffling of people going to happen and I recognize most positions, but what is "national deployment team"? Is that one of the new roles they are creating?
LIke the one poster said, around 20% is the number I have heard, some areas will get more and some will be less, HRBPs will have some movement for who they report to and what they will do, employee recruiters have some just being cut, most will do assessments then cut from their since we will be hiring less. agent deployment recruiters are under review and given how the company wants new agents are safe and may not even need an assessment, the sourcers who support the agent deployment recruiters may have a few cuts but many of those spots have been unfilled as a person leaves, the staff recruiters for the agents are looking like they will be cut. The final decisions will be announced shortly.
Perfect... the Exorcist re-lived. LOL
Carrie Blair is the CHRO. No additional information provided. Was a non update update. Supposedly 20% of HR.
I think the poster is taking about Carrie Blair who is the VP of all of HR, so I am guessing the email went to only HR.
What did it say and who was it addressed to?
Who is Ms Blair?
