A Never Stopping Reorg

It is an incredible indictment of this company's leadership that all they continually do is reorg? It is ridiculous how they constantly shuffle the deck. The truth is it is their way of covering up accountability of their terrible leadership.

Nothing ever gets better as they systematically ruin employees lives with no clear objective. It's always a new flavor of the month with their total devotion to fix things. Truth is they are as incompetent as it gets while they have a continuous green light for their ongoing destruction. Very sad state of affairs and as a result they have k–led all employee morale and respect. Blah blah blah ... It's their merry-go-round.

anyone thinking that tech companies don’t need to constantly evolve is clearly clueless. The product lifecycle is the shortest it’s ever been in history.

Agree, near contstant re-org, is idotic, if I were an outside consultant seeing this , I would seriously question leaderships ability. Please spare me ,, ohh AT&T is such a big org, so in needs to constantly evolve. No it doesn't , a solid corporate structure's that are properly working will work at any scale.. it will have people fill roles and and move "up" as those roles become vacant, not a constant, change of structure..

C’mon folks. This post shows a serious misunderstanding of how big business works to cry about constant reorgs. A company MUsT constantly be re-evaluating the effectiveness of structures and processes. If they didn’t, they would be obsolete nearly overnight, especially with the pace of change in today’s world.

Also, everyone was told in 2013 would be a year of big layoffs. We were given 7 years notice and an offer of 100% paid tuition to help get us ready. I hope you all took advantage of it!

The next town hall will definitely be interesting. I’m sure their going to tout about how great the company will be since we did a reorg again. I’m waiting on someone to ask “what was wrong with the other 30 reorgs we’ve done in the past years and what’s different about this one that’s going to make us so great!” Lol

With all the talk about cutting too many layers. My group still had ads dir and avp intact. Instead individual contributors have been let go. Hows that helping.

The company is an executive country club, They are scamming employees vendors and customer a like. Companies like this just make me sick. They need to tax the hell out of these executives that pull this stuff. Wake up America and take back your country before you have no country left to take back.

In only 6 years, I think I've been under four people at Anne Chow's level. What benefit does it serve?
