Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Once again, AT&T leadership has no idea who actually does the work at the field level. Ready! Fire! Aim! Despite local managers' claims that they had no say in who was laid off, it is interesting that the social clicks stayed intact. If you were a "friend" of a director, you stayed. If you were some poor schlub putting in a 12 hour day to satisfy customer demands with no time to go out and do "happy hours"; you were given your walking papers. AT&T will never change their stripes. Elliot Management had better be careful how hard they push for cost cutting. So long as AT&T Leaders can keep their inflated salaries and egos intact; they will gladly run the ship onto the rocks while running out the clock on their way to collecting their pensions.. Godless, Gutless and Clueless organization.
