So, I felt lucky to move to claims a few years ago because it was clear the bank was a mess at that time. Then, the clowns that amplified the bank's mess were the ones allowed to stay in control. Seems like the same thing is happening in claims. Insanity. This company is k–ling itself. Is this everywhere?!?! Respond with examples. If none, I'll feel alot better.

Customer service , claims service
Agents have forward emails to higher ups regarding system issues. One svp claimed he had no clue the issues
Agents send up emails to PS noting how bad claims have gone ,and the quoted response was SF “made a mistake. So what?” And proceeded to chastise for not observing the chain of command.
Something big coming this week?
If meek and his minions aren't released at the end of the sale this place is crazy. No one in their right mind would bring them into the Enterprise.
Zero soul left. This path values nothing but p&c efficiency. Ultimately, a black box of algorithms would fulfill the present "leadership's" mission.
Go to AIG site and you'll see little because their execs have HR monitor and take down content they don't agree with.
the hub concept.
SF reputation is gone. The brand is no longer a premiere insurer. It can no longer be classified as a premier auto insurer since their agency on operation teams are process and metrics driven. It went fro. A 5 star chef driven restaurant to a McDonalds slam it out in a cardboard box. People are willing to pay for quality but when they are sold quality and given a poor product they they remember. Hence , the spiral you speak of is inevitable and will take a long time to regain the reputation they once had with both the internal and external customers.
Go to the Allstate site and you will feel a lot better......
