What a waste of money, that money could have been used to give us pay increases or at least not to furlough and RiFF a few people.
The 1960's called. They want their CSC and EDS tchotchkes back.
Wikipedia defines Tchotchkes as "A tchotchke is a small bauble or miscellaneous item."
