Improve customer tension increased revenue employee satisfaction new business strengthening old business. New logo. Improving on diversity and inclusion. Improving ESG energy sustainable goals. Renewable energy replacing carbon fuels.

Never mind the quality, feel the width!
Salvino is a con man with his eye on an easy payout. Basically an asset str—er, turns up on a crazy salary, gets rid of as many people as possible, sells off parts of the business, artificially inflates the short-term stock price, then leaves with a HUUUUUGE payoff, laughing his a– off. And then it will start again, the next CEO will come and take his (or her) bite of the cherry until the whole thing implodes.

New logo, what a waste of money! Celebrating all the accomplishments, there were some? Customer and employee morale is at all time low. Where are the pay increases? Why are only Level 1 - 4 supposedly only getting increases, there are plenty of non-managers, technical people at level 5 and 6 that are doing a hell of a job.
