I unfortunately highly believe these two positions are goners.

Poster is correct. Company has to many managers and merging will reduce lot of them who do or ad nothing.
On the sales side...
50% + reduction in FSLs
TSL gone
RSL gone
MOC gone
Regional and territorial support staff gone.
They will not need as many at either position..The days of market claim offices is over...
Expect at least a 20 percent reduction in both of these positions...
I cant imagine how the CSL and/or the RCL position will be considered redundant. Teams will need leaders, team leaders will need a regional leader. They can't shove 25 people under one leader. Think about it...
