I took mine last July and didn't have any problems. Had severance in 2 weeks and rollover immediately after submitting paperwork.

I am on the phone daily trying to get what they owe me. Anyone who had smooth sailing is lucky. God help you if you are divorced in trying to get your pension. Like someone else said, it's a nightmare. I sent them divorce decree, settlement and then complete set of divorce papers, and still not good enough.
Probably going to end up spending money at lawyer just to get what they owe me.
Congrats. I am seriously thinking about it this time. Not at retirement age yet so not a good time to job hunt but I can't take much more of this. I can't believe how much this place has deteriorated since L3 took over. It's a scary time but I don't see how they stay in business. They clearly don't care for the staff or the customer and how do they plan to keep making money long term when the customers all leave.
Not sticking up for CenturyLink, but I took early out and everything went smooth for me. Got everything i was told I was going to get. Hopefully the screwed up ones are few.
Why yes I did. Negotiated use of the corporate jet on Tuesday, Thursday, and every third Saturday. A Coke and Hennesey slushy machine, Red Sox home game box seats, and a lifetime supply of lunchables. Jeff is very open to negotiating after it’s been determined they don’t want you. You should try it, sky’s the limit!
Good luck with your personnel file. You can have copies of everything when you leave and it means nothing.
Been gone six weeks here and still no sign of lump sum payout. Others have gotten much less than their estimate and company won't talk to them....no explanation.
Call retirement center and if you call three times you get three different answers. Still fighting them to roll over my 401k. Finally got paperwork after six weeks to apply for pension. Paperwork says I should receive it 8-1-2020. Be lucky to get it by 8-1-2021.
If you think it's bad working there, just wait till you have to fight them to get your lump sum, 401k and pension. It's a fight just to get your final pay stub.
Has anyone been successful in getting their personnel file?
Why do u think the exects on their postings have the big grin on their face. Especially Storey.
Never going to happen bro, dumb question to ask, you get what’s negotiated by the union And the company !!!! Rock on everyone and be well and be safe
No negotiation sign it or not. Red or blue pill.
Any insight? Been with them for over 20yrs. Still waiting for package.
Good luck on that..... Instead, they try to screw you out of loads.... Prime example of "David & Goliath"
