Fiber sellers?

Any news on fiber sellers in NB? How big of cuts are they making, and what’s the criteria for who gets cut? I know they’ve been saying fiber is a big investment but I’m certain we are going to be affected.

Fiber will be gutted and those in midmarket sales will take up those roles as part of the new structure.

Most river sellers were SIP’ing sales that would have closed regardless. That alone bodes poorly for position in new world. Unless you were creating revenue that was real, you won’t make it.

I would make sure you are at least 80% the last 2 years or however long you have been in the role. Hopefully the cuts will be less than 20% and most decent sellers make it. Unfortunately about half or more of fiber sellers weren’t making the company money but still sipping enough NSR to make goal. You would think they would look at new logo revenue but who knows

To all impacted T employees...there are job reqs open for the Mesa, AZ location for Network Technical Specialists and they’re basically taking people from all organization with little or no experience.
Food for thought! The people recently hired are clueless about the work they were hired to do!

I am hearing every position will have people who are affected. Overall attainment for the past 2 yrs is part of the determination. If you are nervous or unsure, I would look for any open positions online now and apply, as a backup plan. Best of luck and I hope it all works out.
