I am a laid off store employee and cannot get logged in to “insite” or get someone from hr services to take my call to help reset password, etc. for insite. How do I reset them? The store I worked at isn’t answering my call either

And when you do log in as a former "colleague", SURPRISE!... "my day" is back. My day indeed!
If you still don't see the "forgot/change password" option, change your browser. It doesn't show up with Firefox.
You have to create a new password under the former colleague site.
You can also click on "forgot/unlock /change password". That's what I did and it worked.
I saw your answer for logging on to Insite. I tried what you said I still can’t get in. Locked out. Where do you put the info I tried the word temp and last for digits.. locked I really don’t want to call and waste another 2 hrs on wait. Help thanks

Go logon as former colleague type in temp and last four of your social security number. Should let you setup your new password.
