This company is ridiculous. They don’t care about their long term dedicated employees or customers or transparency. If they did they wouldn’t be forcing them to take assessments in an effort to keep their jobs and would recognize and honor their dedication. They wouldn’t take a week to see customers vehicles and cut off their rentals that they faithfully pay a premium for each month. If they truly cared about transparency they wouldn’t be stringing everyone along for months with all this hush hush cant tell you what I know. How is that being transparent? Ohh I know it’s transparent because they are telling us we are getting axed but they don’t know when or who? Come on they think their employees are id–ts and don’t even respect them enough to tell them straight. That’s transparency according to Allstate. I wonder what they actually hide from us if that’s transparency. Hey actions speak louder than words.

Agreed. Ever since Glen Shapiro took over, we were much less relevant. Dedicated long-term employees are meaningless to him. I miss the old Allstate. :(
