Keep an eye on Allstate stock. Investors are clearly seeing something...a lay-off announcement at a publicly traded company usually leads to a stock spike at least in the short term. As the market has rebounded, Allstate has stayed relatively flat.......and the last few days has dropped nearly 2 percent...............

Need to execute in customer service and outsourcing your face to the customer may lead to short term profit but the success is not as clear in the long term....
