If the share price gets to $90 under Sally I'll eat my hat. Combining the state of the market, the actual value of the company and his seemingly inability to walk the talk he does, its unlikely to get above $35 - which is the actual value of the company, probably less after a few more quarters of declining revenue/customers/staff/market.

what if we all put Book to Bull ratio, Digital Journey, transformation, aligning costs, engagement, customer focus, survey, feedback ..... in our emails would we get Millions for that? Just waffles.

What so special about these guys thats they do a few speeches with the buzzwords and they get the $$$$$$$$$$

The point is Sally is making more than Lowry. And Mikey made at least 300. He made 130 from the eds acquisition. Don't forget being on the board of perspecta and CSRA and that stock. I wouldn't doubt that he made close to 500

Starting salary for his staff is 850 plus stock could make it 12 million dollars for 3 years

$300m sounds a bit light actually, I'd guess it was more like 500m.

For doing what? I get it when maybe you are Elon and creating and driving genuine innovation of real things , but spiralling a services company to oblivion? Surely crashing an aircraft takes no skill?

Mike l made $300million on book to bull ratio.

Mike sal has talked a good talk but has not carried out his promises on staff pay, or customers.

So it's a case of if you can waffle you can make millions, and if you're good at your job you get -3% every year in this company. Why aren't the staff given any stock options?

An unfair system of greed that is so obvious.

Welcome to the world of corporate greed. They will merge, spin off to ensure they get a fat paycheck. E.g. galore if you are a industry watcher ; HP Compaq - Compaq Digital - HP HPE split - HPE services CSC merge . So you guys in peanut gallery, just do your job and collect pay cheque (if you are lucky). For people who are old and have no intention or stamina to ride the tiger - have no right to complain.

And he's made empty promises regarding raises for those that directly support customers.

He's failed at his own motto - Say what you're going to do and do what you say. He said he was going to take care of employee's compensation - instead he furloughs and then lays off. Thanks Sal.
