heard some of the marketing cuts a few minutes ago. lordy, do they no longer have an idea of who knows how to do things anymore? There are some people who are doers that keep things moving and are not assertive in meetings that are needed to keep things going.
Leadership is keeping friends and not performers. Sad that it has come to this

Yup I was The only lay off outside of visual at my store and in March I put a case into AskHR about our store manager. She called an associate a lazy f—ing c–t
Lmao. They kept one of the laziest runners for shoes who talks Zbout his bbq sitting in back all day and gives excuses on why he doesn’t get shoes. Sales people get their own shoes. Plus they kept the old sales manager who has a mini bar in the stock room !!! Good times. !
Absolutely! I was laid off but my former store manager kept a sales manager who's having multiple s-xual relationships with staff and actively drinks on the job
