The Allstate BOD should demand to hear the most recent Townhall meeting. If anyone of them had a brain they would demand Tom Wilson step down and not get a golden parachute deal. This is why people are so sick of crooked and greedy upper management. Allstate gives great lip service on how they love their employees. Not the case. Wake up people.

What really stood out to me wasn't the staff reduction announcement, but rather the stated intent to focus hiring to support their "inclusive diversity" initiative.
Hiring by race, color, religion or gender presumes discrimination on the basis of those same attributes, and is awfully close to violating Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
