How are we expanding the IHX department when there is already a decrease in jobs as it is ?

They are replacing those lost plus adding 700 to budgeted headcount so a lot of hiring is happening there. Why? Because it is enormously profitable.
I think IHX stands for In Home Xtortion. It won’t be around too much longer; once State AG’s get a whiff of what T is doing here.
2 people on my team quit and one got fired so we are 3 down. Im sure other teams are going through the same b—s—...The last straw was the last meeting we had just a few days ago... where they said "Coronavirus or No corona we don't care, you still need to hit your quotas or you won't have a job pretty soon" IHX is brutal lol
Because so many people quite or get fired in that department. The turn over rate is outrageous.
Because it’s a profitable part of the business. Isn’t that obvious?
