What is everyone’s thought process? Safe? Too soon? Volunteers? Why with a serge now happening?

There’s no reason why we couldn’t have been doing this job from home the entire time. I’m not going back to the office. I’m still in one of the small non-hub operations centers and no way in hell I’d ever move to Phoenix, Dallas or Atlanta. Bloomington seems nice in theory, but the only good thing about central Illinois is how easy it is to get away to somewhere else. WFH is the only way I’ll stay at the farm long term but we’re probably getting cut soon, right?

I dont use my SF Computer to shop. And I stop by Melow Yellow in the AM and party in the afternoon!!
Since the Company has software that can monitor every keystroke, or none if there are none, on the SF platform your shopping days are numbered. I suspect you are not that dumb and you just enjoy being a troll.
The people dont want to go back to work. I like my 1 hour work day so I can shop all day.
It’s not about being afraid of a virus. It’s not about safety. It’s the rules I have concerns about and propaganda and teen try protocols. The survey is misleading. Makes it look like people are Only afraid of getting the virus so don’t want to return. It’s not Contracting the Curtis that does not make me want to go back to the building. It’s how they are handling it. The system

The survey is deceiving and had to cite. Don’t think it’s too soon to return. Do not agree with protocols and don’t like the few try rules. It’s not about safety.
6% of people volunteered to do the initial re-entry phase. Majority of people think it’s too soon.
Being laid off 3 years ago, I wonder how many of the new blood have training or knowledge beyond computer based and classroom training.
The young folks of today are the old folks of tomorrow and the chickens will come home to roost.

Don’t want any of those darned experienced dinosaurs around. The ones who know how to do the job. The ones who kept State Farm the unquestioned #1 during their careers. Nope...got get rid of those folks.
With the inventories being down, I say layoff all the old ones, cut the premium, then when inventories go up, hire new blood at less cost. Yes! It's time to go back in the office safely by social distancing and getting rid of dinosaurs especially in operations at all levels.
