Anyone else get invited to the skip level call with KS himself after the holiday? Got a feeling it's going to be good.

I would agree with @iie and the others on this thread about it being a waste of time: 30 some years ago when I was a new engineer I was invited to my first skip level meeting and talked with several senior engineers I worked with about it. I was "mentored" to not to be negative or complain about anything. I witnessed people that did have complaints and it usually got back to their leader with their name. Nothing good ever came out of it for them.
print up a bunch of flyers. one side is #futureshapers add, other side is a union card (offsite! not on company printer). have trusted people leave them on the chairs when they leave the room. say nothing about it. everything in room is confidential.
Everyone would be justifiably scared to say anything of substance. Probably be a waste of time.
