The people that make this round of cuts will be doing more work with less staff. The workload was already insane due to previous cuts. It’s an unhealthy place to work with people putting in 60 plus hours a week for ok pay.

60 hours per week is why they will cut the whole CA claims office from Esurance since they have to be paid hourly and can't work them to death without paying overtime. This is another good reason to cut any CA former Esurance employees that are not salary. Oh, and don't forget, Allstate has zero claims offices in CA.
