Does anyone know if we were given the correct info on claiming ourselves or did Gulfstream give us wrong info? How could the first 2 weeks be setup so easy and flawless? Yet now when we do it ourselves nothing (crickets) from gdol. Is anyone out there receiving their benefits? Gulfstream if its that easy to setup help us out...

I also received my first letter stating Benefits are allowed starting 5/31. I received my severance on 5/29 so I am confused with all of this. When you try to submit a week click inquiry instead of submit. You should be able to see some information. I don’t know what to do since I see another letter should be coming. BTW last COVID pay should be July 25th. Thanks T.
Got two UI letters from the DOL one says I’m approved for 5/27 and the other one says I am denied till 8/1 because I received severance . Received severance July 3 and my last unemployment check was 5/22. What about all of the weeks in between 5/22 and July 3 , no money whatsoever.
My letters also included a fraud notice. WTF
GAC trolls love to pump these fake severance and DOL post to bury the valid post from real employees who are sick and tired of the oppressive treatment by corrupt "management." These frauds will forfeit their ill gotten gains soon enough. Rise up against the greed and oppression that is blatantly obvious. Unionize GAC to restore sanity and send these leaches packing to the cesspool where they belong.
Thank you, finally a little "timeframe". Looking back, I did my re-file on 29 May, so if I take into account the 5 week (give or take a little for government bureaucracy), monies should be coming soon. BTW - for the previous poster, were you also getting the red messages when you claimed UI benefits for a while?
For those who have not been able to make any claims at all, did you re-apply for UI benefits? Or did you just continue to file claims? I (and most others) tried to keep filing claims after the initial two weeks in May with no success. GAC HR told us that they only applied for the first two weeks for us, and that we'd have to apply for the subsequent weeks ourselves as a new filing. So I went in and re-registered (well, GAC registered for me the first time) and then there was no problem filing. Just no money for the first 5 weeks. And then I got paid for weeks 2-5, NOT week 1. I think I'm still waiting for that one.
The whole process is confusing. I have not been able "Claim UI Benefeits" at all. Keeps giving the error mentioned previously. I did file a new claim, and received the letter saying benefits are allowed, but the system wont let me actually claim the benefits. I hope it is an issue with GDOL, and that they get things squared away soon.
I did not get a letter yet, but yes, I have that same error, I've had it ever since I got the email saying that my request was being processed. and I have not been able to make any weekly claims.
Though yesterday I did abruptly get the 3 weeks I was able to claim, my UI still says my eligibility is "pending determination".
Why would they let as make weekly claims for a few weeks and then stop? It's all very silly.
Received the letter from GDOL stating "Benefits are allowed as of 05/24/20". However, when logging in to claim benefits, still getting the "You are not authorized to request weekly payments. If you are a claimant trainee, you cannot request your weekly payment using this application. If your employer filed a claim on your behalf, your employer is requesting your payment(s) each week."

I applied but only received an email saying processing. Most likely I will be denied because of my severance. Will see.
