Mono’s competitors are laughing at us, they are growing their business at our expense, wake up NOV, you have k–led the business and all you care about is your bonus.
Still mono pumps Audenshaw was making profit, now there are too many Bilko’s buddies at Greengate who are on mega salaries. And losing loads of money, And now they are going to rent half of the company to some engineering company to try and make ends meet. Come on Bilko NOV wanted to make us big, now we are shrinking. I suppose REDUNDACY next on the books 🤑
How true but as someone said, it could have happened with any large corporation owning Mono, it’s just that NOV and their incompetent LT are just very good at screwing things up. The sad thing is, they think they are the best, especially when one VP has the audacity to describe himself as a charismatic leader, how deluded !

With Profit on nights I had more sleep at mono than I did at home..great times but what a bunch of lazy gits i worked with no wonder the place is on its arse.

Face facts. Over priced and dubious quality. Add to that appalling customer service out of Manchester it’s not surprisingly your market share has plummeted. Very sad when clients specify Chinese copies over NOV Mono.
Mono pumps used to be great because you got away with doing absolutely fk all and you thought it was a holiday camp! The place was a joke. You're required to do a little more work here (some of you are still getting away with doing fk all). If you don't like it then why not get another job elsewhere? You all want something for nothing and think you deserve praise for it. Just come to work, do your job properly and go home. If you don't like it then just simply get another job...I'm sure you'll be replaced within a week because 80% of the workshop don't have a skilled bone in their body.
They took all our profitable work and transferred it to American companies that fooked it up.
If not NOV, some other big corp would have ruined. Big Fish Small Fish....they all stink when dead.
