Now that the MTM position is eliminated, what jobs are MTMs being offered??

What is OVM and MBA?
My MTM got the OVM doing the same job as before. My VM is now under the MTM (OVM) doing the same job as before with 20% less pay. Doesn’t seem fair.
Our MTM became the MBA.
I work at B , they told us that next week ,we will know our new responsibilities , schedule and manager or leader. nobody was ask if they were ok with there new duties or hours.
Most aren’t offered jobs. Some were forced placed into the new ovm or sales Mgr jobs. My store still lost 2
