Any current MTM’s that are being brought back or have been back. Curious as to what positions are you being offered going forward???

MCE and DCE sorry still getting used to the new acronyms.

MCE - Manager of Customer Experience
DCE - Director of Customer Experience
HRBM - Human Resource Business Manager (basically brought back the Human Resource Manager Role back to larger doors)

from what I understand, DME are now DEC (directors of customer experience) and OVM, MEC and HRBM are all the same level, just different functions. you an go from MEC straight to DEC without having to be a OVM first. man that’s a lot of acronyms

Did you say HRBM
I guess Macy’s is setting themselves up
How an MTM can become an HRBM is beyond me

some became OVMs, some became CEMs, some became HRBMs some got laid off. it’s my understanding that everyone kept the same salary regardless of which position they got

Some MTMs are becoming OVMs. I guess it depends on seniority who gets that role.
