The level 2’s and 1’s in NB we’re ranked by their current AVP and that was due last week. As late as Thursday evening there was still a debate over who should or should not be above the line. Remember Regional and select were ranked together as one. Select has more level 2’s. July 10th is the date that level 1 and 2 will be told if they made the cut. I have no idea why the AVP announcements were delayed. Those were to be out on Friday but obviously something happened and those did not go out. Given that level 1 and 2 find out on the 10th I would not be surprised if the AVP announcements come out this coming week.
Good Luck to you all. Please be kind in your responses everyone levels 1-4 is stressed out.

Not happy about this , worried just like everyone else. Certainly this has been delivered by many town halls with a lot of talk but really no information we all desperately are needing.
But regardless of your perspective , Stop racist ignorant statements !! we are all human beings , attacking or joking at someone's difference of race , looks ,upbringing country of origin is wrong, (common sense).
Those of you who continue to act out this way don't belong at AT&T or any place amoung the general population. Its time to grow up - better yet learn how to be better.

Here are my thoughts about the National Business Market ( small biz ) Now mind you, I come from the Midwest. It might be different elsewhere.

Account managers for 2 years you have been asked to turn you account list over to Solutions Providers. You did. The SP's are into most of your accounts.

ASC's supporting account managers, for 2 years you watched SP place all the orders, track the orders and you kinda sorta supported when there were issues. Last year they also brought in a ton of college hires as virtual ASC.

ACQ sellers, you did your best trying to sell into accounts with no training and no support, most of you struggled.

Managers, if you are not in a market like Chicago or Dallas. T wants it's managers to reside in larger markets. So if you are Manager, not in a "major city"

Fiber, you are good as you broke a few rules, but rocked.

Mobility, you are probably OK. Watch your back as the Solution Providers, want to learn wireless.

Just my opinion, 16 years in small biz.

Translation: so shut up and work hard for our bonuses until we can you. I have a hard time believing they don't already know what is going on and who is gong to go. They just need all their grunts to work harduntil then, powered by false hopes.
