If the new private equity owner of Mattel doesn't immediately fire the entire 15th floor, something's wrong. Anyone with VP or above in their title - do you really think a new firm is going to pay your exorbitant salaries and 5 figure bonuses? LMAO
The right private equity company can polish this t–d and right the ship. Look at Dr. Scholls. Granted there isn't a lot of competition in that field but their media presence has increased and they are more in touch with their consumer base than ever before. Have hope!
