Man this did not tell me anything. I am not feeling in good hands right now. There are no good paying jobs out there, its a pandemic. You giving customers money back, buying back stock, upper still getting their bonus. Yet, you are laying folks off. If you aren't ready to pull the trigger, don't tell me about it, I hate the suspense! I need piece of mind, clarity. I may need to change professions. I love Allstate tho. The lady said property will need more adjusters. They’re too confident that India and virtual assist (body shops and customers calling in) can handle the bulk of the auto inspections .
Three companies combining back together under the Allstate brand name. Reduce the overlapping leadership positions as well as heavily over created fluff leadership positions. Reduce Or erase the CEO bonus as well as other bonuses. The company will not grow and the service will suffer without the people in the front lines such as claims. If the “customer “ is the focus, who will take care of the customer needs? The CEO or technology put in place?

They start out the meeting with how moral is over the top and then tell us several, in the thousands, will be let go. Such a joke. CEO will still make his 19mil and then some
These meetings and announcements that give very little substantive information where employees are praised and told how well the company is doing are downright insulting. In an apparent effort to be transparent the company is stressing and distracting its employees even further.
Any company over 500 employees did not qualify for the PPP loans.
If they took the covid19 loan money from the government then they can be fined because that money was not for stock buy back. Someone might want to report this possibility to the authorities.
