Thread regarding Resideo Technologies layoffs

New Rumor

Hearing whispers that pay reductions are being made permanent by new leadership. However, those new leaders are exempt.

Nothing like standing in the back of employees to reach that ivory pedestal.

@djmd LOL. This company has been melting down since it started. If you really had the option to leave you would already be gone. Instead you waited for this job market to make an idle threat. You are late to the market with weak cr-p. The resideo way.

There is a reason blackmail works... did you notice in comfort that the moment some people come (from a specific geo location) they clean out the place and install others from the same geo location?
Hardware, marketing, PMO... etc... they are abnormally over represented in position of power to lay-off others who rarely are from their own location... sneaky... not good for any company

Paycut if fully applied won’t affect quite a few directors in Melville and Austin
Many threatened to quit ....and the blackmail worked

If those posts about leaving are true , literally thousand would have left... they didn’t.
RBSY, Fleshligth, lurch, mike the stain etc... will never leave on their own so they will stay and continue playing around.
Those alarmist posts are a sick joke ... probably coming from some grossly overpaid fellow in GV or Melville

If they are seriously considering permanently leaving the 15% pay cut in place, a boatload of people and talent will be leaving, including me. Btw, that’s already happening and will only get worse. The people remaining after this mass exodus will be your Honeywell lifers. It seems they want to go back to that legacy culture anyway so, oh well!

Nope July looking good for PMO , software that hasnt delivered anything real but finger pointing...
if they would start doing real work instead of politics to s— up ... things would be way better.... but as long as hit is not moving they get to ride... the gravy train while the peons get layoff....
