There is a reason blackmail works... did you notice in comfort that the moment some people come (from a specific geo location) they clean out the place and install others from the same geo location?
Hardware, marketing, PMO... etc... they are abnormally over represented in position of power to lay-off others who rarely are from their own location... sneaky... not good for any company

If they are seriously considering permanently leaving the 15% pay cut in place, a boatload of people and talent will be leaving, including me. Btw, that’s already happening and will only get worse. According to payroll contact.....they are getting ready to announce and make reduction perm. Enjoy that. Said it takes a few weeks to get legalities out of the way.

if they would start doing real work instead of politics to s— up ... things would be way better.... but as long as hit is not moving they get to ride... the gravy train while the peons get layoff....
