They have CONSISTENTLY laid off 4,000 to 5,000 people per quarter in 2018 and 2019. Seems like they can easily process 10 to 15 people in the department of Inhuman Resources.

Number is a lot higher than that. That number is out there because the CWA fed it to the press re: union jobs. Adding in non bargained, it's significantly higher.
The 3400 number made the news because that is all union jobs- the total number of layoffs will be way more once you include non-union (management).
fyi.. Human Resources is there to protect the companies interest. Not the employee.
yep, pay Union dues until..they dont need you anymore
