Congratulations everybody, you've stooped to bickering about 'wokeness' and fighting with each other vs holding the goons at the top responsible. Mattel status quo. RD's problem is not solely his stupid Linkedin posts (although those are pretty f'ing stupid.) The fundamental issue is that he has no idea what to do. He has NO IDEA what to do. He has admitted as much in one on one conversations. And instead of stepping down with some integrity he keeps dragging us along on his fun-ride. When that's acceptable, there is nobody left to hold accountable but the BOD.

I mean, we’ve all had jobs we weren’t that good at, right?
And we’ve all held onto those jobs for the better part of a decade making absolutely zero improvement while it becomes painfully obvious how unqualified we are... right??
And during that time we’ve all gotten paid millions of dollars a year, complete with bonus, stock options, and a whole host of other perks and boondoggles with promotions along the way while rank and file employees get laid off by the hundreds under our leadership, right??? RIGHT??!!!
Been asking the same question... how in the heck is he still there!!?! Vapid, arrogant, entitled, smug, over-rated, self-serving, back-stabbing runt of a man.
Pay is NOT based on merit at Mattel.
Why should he leave, they just gave him a $2M bonus for nothing.
