Does anyone have further information about when the layoffs will begin? I have a sinking feeling it's going to start this week. And anyone know which areas will be affected first?

100% agree about the marketing group in the satellite offices in Jacksonville! How Do they get away with the inflated salaries along with the level of incompetence? They won’t engage with the home office and often run rogue! They are a stuck up group who believes they should run the organization however the feeble-minded employees on that team are immature, unprofessional, and not at all creative. The recently promoted “creative director” can not even find a decent Tshirt to wear let alone think outside his daycare center friends. I have been there for over 8 years and it makes me sick that Allstate allows this to happen.
Wish they would discuss part time or job share options given that many may be interested...
Layoff started yesterday 6/25.
Not a good time for any of us. Especially an E band mid level manager. Too many walking around in marketing
Are the layoff notifications going to be 6/30 with a 60 day notice? Just asking because there's nothing posted on the state WARN sites about any layoffs.
I heard end of June, which is next week all the way through Sept or longer. I thought we were all listening to the same announcement. LOL
July 30 is the first round of layoffs , then September 30 is the 2nd round .

All of marketing - my guess is 70%. They need to go after the satellite offices especially in Florida for the water over overhead who doesn’t do their job and always out of compliance.
Do people think many in Marketing will be impacted?
