You know talk time is in our goals that were cascaded. We all saw it. Unless you ignore the goals
Starting to record?? You know they have been recording all along, right? They can even see and watch your screen live. They know if you are active at your desk or not.
Time spent prepping for a call is not idle according to my manager. Our system shows us idle until we do not click or move anything at all for a full minute. We just need to “keep busy” with work related stuff. That is hard with the queues being low and ethics done. Doing CEUs in learning center and looking for stuff to do. Cleaned out old emails for a couple hours too. Give us calls please.
Yes! First started here almost five years ago they said 2.5. Then it was don’t worry about it. Then peer average. Then don’t worry about it. Then covid no metrics. All sudden on my mud year she is like your talk time is low. WTH.
Why is SNP talk time less?
SNP talk time expectation is 2 hours a day.
So I am the original poster. The past three weeks I have made 30 to 40 attempts per day. Astronomical amount of UTC's. How can I possibly have a contact time of 3.0?
Exhausting to be grilled about a few min idle time here and there most likely prepping for next call because we never can get up anymore!
Just wait for it...demands will change, this we know to be true.

Some people are not contacting or attempting enough people. If your talk time is down your #of attempts should be high like 30 per day.
