I would never work in QC under the current manager. I’ve seen first hand how CG treats his employees and it’s shameful. I don’t know what that group makes but it’s not nearly enough to deal with that guy on a daily basis.

I got a good laugh out of this thread because it’s absolutely true! Both these guys struggle to put together a complete thought. FMPC management doesn’t care though because if they make any change they will look bad. S— it up and deal with it QA and Maintenance employees.

I talk to the guys in quality daily and it is a TOXIC environment. Only going to get worse.

I've seen first hand how both of these managers treat the people that work for them. Most places wouldn't tolerate it but FMPC doesn't seem to be concerned. Maybe they aren't aware of it. I would have a hard time working in either QA or Maintenance.

My guess is the new safety manager had a lot to do with the awesomely cool new uniforms we get to wear. He is climbing the big blue ladder as fast as he can and scr e w everything and everyone else.

I agree that the quality and safety managers are both very poor choices for those roles. Both are very unprofessional and quite honestly not very intelligent. That unfortunately is a trademark of SLB management.

Management here is the worst I’ve seen in 30 years. Even mid level managers are terrible. New QA and safety managers are as incompetent as they come. Production supervisors are good for the most part but their hands are tied by people above them. It’s laughable what this facility has turned into.

Sweco has suffered loss of business and lost a lot of talent due to being owned by Big Blue.

Why is SLB destroying such a great oilfield manufacturing and industrial equipment company? Historically, folks worked at SWECO until retirement and were valued for doing so. Way to go big blue. May your shareholders be proud of yet another tradition shattered.

I was one and I feel a sense of relief. It's finally over. The pay was decent the benefits were great. I really liked my coworkers , but management was awful. I only stayed as long as I did because I was hoping for a sevrence. It worked out for the best.
