Are agency positions still working at reduced hours?

We are at 32 hrs + 10% cut . Looking forward to get my 10% back + an additional 10% for the incurred loss of revenue + 5 days/WK.
And maybe being reimbursed for all the lost days of not being at work.
In Mobility / Den Enablement (software developer). We're back to 40 hours (since June 1) and likely work from home for the foreseeable future.
Unsurprisingly, 10% rate cut isn't being reversed. I know colleagues at other companies who took a 20% cut, though, so I'm just accepting that I'm fortunate to still have a well-paying job.
I’m in PD, working 36 hours as of 6/1, but I heard today people in design are still on 32 hours.
