The final reorganization announcement for AT&T Business was emailed yesterday to L3/L2. Effective 7/1/2020.
The entire middle management of this company from the Director title to SVP could be eliminated and things would still operate business as usual. They are all paper pushers
Reorgs are nothing but a distracting session of musical chairs. Are you going to keep your job based on who your avp or vp is? Highly doubt it, don’t waste your life on these mo–ns.

This is a shell game most of the upper levels will land on their feet! The L1-L2 levels will see the cuts!!
The Friday Chow email was down to SVP and EVP level not AVP. The next step will be those direct reports, the SVPs, sending out their leadership teams. Then VPs will send out their team which will contain any remaining AVPs. AVPs will send out theirs with directors and second levels. It trickles down. We still have so many layers it takes a while to get down to the AVP level.
