What is the consensus on what will happen with the phones and associated phone numbers ?

Who want's to take their work cell number with them? I'm leaving mine! Don't want customers calling me for assistance after I leave!
In the Netherlands you can take the phone number with you. IBM NL allows it.
If you have a decent relationship w/ your manager you can port it off the IBM plan (you do it, but they have to approve). If you port to VZW your phone contract stays if it is 2 years. If you port elsewhere IBM pays the early terminate fee.
I had so work cell phone for 2 years. The took it away about 6 months ago. Number disconnected. Mailed in the phone.
I was able to keep the charger. I’m a rebel.
