Band 7 Senior Consultant I have been on a 45+hr a week project since last July came in as a CBDer out of college in 2015. Just passed my CISSP a few months ago and some AWS certs. This really came out of nowhere.

Yeah, being young, CISSP and AWS certified, it will not take you long to find another job probably paying more money!! It is IBM's loss, this is the way you have to look at it.
Same for me band 7 are you in cyber as well? A couple of people on my team received notices all in cyber and we all have at least a secret clearance I’d love to know the reasoning.
This is absolutely disgusting. You have my same skills profile, which is supposed to be the in demand skills for GBS per all of the mandatory training we take. Notify your client immediately as well as everyone you work with and every competitor that is in your client. You have good qualifications. A competitor will snap you up fast. Best of luck.
