When you are able to go back to work, there will be a plan implemented to take your temperature before you are allowed to walk into the security gate. This is unlawful search and seizure of your person. Not only this, it goes against the National Labor Relations Act, put into place to protect employees. It would then also violate the Americans with Disabilities Act. During pandemics, companies can get away with things they couldn't get away with before. For everyone wanting to stand up for something, this is just as big as any. Also, I've never worked in Texas or California, but I know wearing a mask in the middle of June, July or August outside in the Florida heat is downright stupid. Maybe there are Disney and Universal employee's reading this thread too, they're violating you as well, just to make a dollar.

What an id–t hez or she's probably a carrier of the virus. Number one a company is considered private property and you have to do as told for the 8 hours they pay for your services.
To 4th Amendment Rights: A company has the right to implement reasonable safety measures to protect employees and customers. Temperature checks and masks area no more intrusive on a person than the "No Shoes, No Shirt, No Service" requirement.
There is no violation of the 4th Amendment. For your education, I've enclosed the 4th Amendment below.
Amendment IV - The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

if you are worried about getting your temperature taken and having to wear a mask at work then don’t go back. If you are so unhappy with the company then go work somewhere else.
