So another round is on the works ?
@fwp+155LIAvS Curious if you've heard details about there definitely being another round/that round being even worse, or if you're just putting together the assumption based on if it was this bad for something planned before an economic fallout, it would be reasonable to assume the next, in the middle of/after covid will be worse?

This was all planned before Covid. Next round will be even worse.
2020 needs to hurry up and go back into history records as one of the worst years if not the worst in recent times for most people!
This year has so much bad news its surreal.
tire Sales organizations including their managers are cut. I know of one Distinguished Engineer cut. DE is a coveted title and a significant role in IBM. A Network Infrastructure Services VP and his organization was cut. I know of a few Delivery resources that were cut, but There was already very little meat on the bone left there. Many very skilled and very busy pre sales architects were cut.
Sad.
yes, the manager has his job so far. However, the jobs of his direct reports are being threatened.
and the manager still has a job? Never got laid off or furloughed?
I was told the same thing by a manager who has been working with IBM for 11 years.
