I received a vacation and personal business payout today, but it was only for a little over half my accrued hours. The check-stub still shows the remaining hours. Is anybody else having this problem?

Go to: https://sso.gendyn.com
Then put in your employee number but use a "j" instead of a "u". You should then have access to all of you check stubs for the next two years. You might want to download them in case you get locked out before that.
You can go to gdbenefits, same place you enroll each year for benefits and towards the bottom of the page you see the ESS where you can see your paystub. Hope it helps.
How in the world are you getting a pay stub? Of course, we're cut off from ESS.GenDyn.Com or whatever it was, so I have no YTD payroll info. HELP???
Based on my paycheck, they seem to be applying the following formula for calculating the payout:
80 hours per year/12 months = 6.67 hours X 5 months = 33.35 hours + hours remaining from last year.
I tried applying the same math for PB hours at 40 per year and it almost works out but is slightly off. So, they seem to be prorating our time for the year and then paying for the months elapsed, but not paying for months of the year remaining. I'm not claiming this is right, legal, or what they should be doing, but this is the math being used.
I asked GAC payroll (I had saved my rep’s contact info) about this because the same thing happened to me. She said since hours accumulate monthly (2.5 days per month), they won’t pay cash. It shows up on check like they are available. It didn’t make since to me either, but that is how your last pay check prints. It’s confusing. To me, it should have been paid since I had the time.
I tried GD benefits and they transferred me to GD payroll who gave me a number for payroll in Georgia who doesn't answer the phone or have a voicemail set up. Then I called GD payroll back and they gave me a new number that when called is inactive. I also sent an email to payroll and am waiting for a response. I talked to HR locally and they confirmed that all the vacation and PB hours are to be made in a single payment. I was just wondering if this is a widespread issue.
Call GD benefits don’t bother with GAC HR
