We all know this place isn't a prison, it's also NOT a software powerhouse.
I'll sit back on cruise control for the next 2 weeks and collect unemployment
for the rest of the summer.

They're using the CLEC side to provide circuits and connectivity to the ILEC side in violation of tariff agreements. No state regulatory agency has ran with it yet.
If executives are favoring one company and selling connectivity to this behemoth enterprise at a substantially oss. Then buying stock in this big A company knowing this favoritsm arrangement. Is this legal? Are more details needed?
Windstream made it longer than I thought they would. Who knows they might not have made it as long as they did wo the REIT deal.
I got laid off over a year ago. Been the absolute best thing that ever happened to me. No more rodeo. Better start jumping ship when you can.
Over 15 years now out the door. Also started with USLEC. I agree Paetec got worse.
Managers who had no clue what we did and could not even help. Executives who have no clue that PODS don’t work.
Bankruptcy 350 million lost before covid.
Seen this before. Investors will sell off parts of the company and Windsream will be gone.

Exactly what the peep who sat out of twinsburg thought for 14yrs. He took thousands of dollars worth of computers/tools/computer diag software, you name it ! Bout time you others follow in the peeps foot steps and screw the WIN before they screw you :)

This place is only a golden parachute for the top execs. I didn’t get laid off this round. But I’m hopeful that by July I’m there too - relaxing and not listening to stupid koolaid drinkers talking about how we’re the best at whatever... when you’re bleeding customers - it’s clear you’re not the best.

I was the goto guy that knew all 5 or 6 heritage networks. My new manager and director asked that I document and cross train on everything over the next 2 weeks. That ain't gonna happen, I can't copy my brain to One Note and have everyone in Bangladesh understand.
