If you need to lose weight eat 500 calories less a day and you will lose one pound in a week( 3500 calories is about a pound) thats 4 pounds a month...slow ,safe ,inexpensive and very effective way to lose weight....find something to do that you absolutely love and are passionate about.....do not eat out....drink plenty of plain pure water without additives, no alcohol,soda, or fruit juice.......no meal should be more than 250 to 350 total calories and stop eating when you are 80% full....no snack should be more than 100 calories...do not eat if you are not hungry unless a doctor advises you to ... remember that weight loss is 80% what you eat ,and 20% exercise.....The above has helped many people I know Including my family and myself, without using weight watchers,Jenny Craig, NutriSystem, special diets etc......hope this is helpful

Eat healthy, drink water or seltzer. I lost 20 pounds doing so. Yes, i cheat and eat sweets! But i weigh myself daily and i dont let myself get too far from my goal weight. Its worked for me!
