Fake news - YES, as with everything Keyloop communicates to their customers and on SoMe. The issue is that the customers of Keyloop is not as blue eyed a blond as Keyloop own communication and marketing department. There is a reason why Klt spends more time visiting customers to prevent loss, than on what is their job - come up with a modern and usefull strategy for the benefit of our customers and also Keyloop. Wonder when we will see the next klt member exit Keyloop?
So no more details? Fake news?
Will there also be layoffs in Germany?
Which teams/departments?
End of next week you will see mayhem looks like
How many people have been made redundant today?
So off we go again, mass redundancies have started again. Bristol today and a lot more to come in other areas. Great place to work 🥺
Amit or Tom need to get a grip on the Hosting organization before they do real material damage to the business. Everyone gets that we need to close the DCs and move to the cloud, but they are bulldozing ahead with projects without any thought or concern for the impact on other departments or on customers. The Rev8 and Drive migrations in particular are shaping up to be disasters of epic proportions unless there is some kind of informed intervention. You're welcome.
Here we go again.......... encore une fois. Au revoir mon ami's
Just seen the slides for this afternoon’s TownHall. This will become interesting.
Watching the “Last Night of the Proms” on telly and they are playing the Keyloop hymn: “Rule Britannia”. Saw TK and the HR leadership sitting in row1 clapping their hands, reminding themself of how glorious their empire is!
I left Keyloop during all the layoffs back in 2021 and recommend you do the same if you’re unhappy there.
You have got nothing to lose by interviewing, but you might have a lot to gain.
To the keyloop employees who are on here sharing their woes - I understand where you’re coming from. But I have to say that you can do better than this. You don’t have to be miserable at work. Do yourselves a favour and move on to better things. Keyloop is just a company, you can choose to work elsewhere, at countless far better ones.
Don’t let them take you down with them, and don’t waste your career being mucked about by these people.
Keyloop reminds me more and more of how USSR once was. A close country with a leader-/dictatorship that don’t understand the world outside of their own. Lead by the ever so clever HR department, they try to control how people live, what salary that given at what time, who is to get kicked etc. Of course with the only criteria being: are you a happy clapper or not.
Many departments in Keyloop can be compared to the meltdown that happens in the USSR at Chernobyl. The leadership is demanding more output than capacity can accommodate, and at somepoint it will explode. At that time the leadership will on a nice island in sunny Dubai, feasting on the blood of their “people”.
Let’s see, maybe at some point there will also be a revolution happening in Keyloop?
Professional Services (Implementation) and Customer Support in country. Offshore is never touched and will take on more. Usually badged as retiring or decided to look at opportunities outside Keyloop but that all means pushed out.
Please explain what is customer facing? What areas are going to be affected?
Just confirming a major restructuring is commencing now. Revenue off track so they want costs reduced considerably. Wrongly it will be customer facing that takes the biggest cuts. More blood on the KLT hands.
Given all the back bending extra work we are all being asked to do and the demands we love the customer and do all we can - great to be thanked by a deferred annual merit rise which will not be backdated - if it happens at all.
Watching a business decide to stick two fingers up at its staff and expect the extra mile isnt funny.
Those recruitment sites I have been keeping an eye are about to see an application frenzy
Certain countries are expelled from pay rises, both this year and in the future. There are different reason why. Some countries have already got a pay rise through legislation. Some countries Keyloop want to close down and therefore not giving any money to force people out. Also the financials are not looking to good and here Keyloop prioritise management first, to get a payrise. Speaking of financials, all orgs. are looking into structural changes = redundancies starting from September.
Why is there no pay increase this year?

Examples please??
After a couple of tries, Keyloop found a way to get rid of unwanted and costly employees, without costing a lot of money, on the contrary. Demotions and removal of responsibilities, is the way going forward, so watch out, especially if you are a people manager or a specialist.
Yes they are leaving with a bag of money and they are pushed. The PR is there to make it sound positive and their decision. As stated the trap door is open and people are starting to disappear again.
Looks like there are quite a few people leaving Keyloop at the moment ( coincidentally suggesting they are having a break and a career change) . Is the cheque book open again?
“Deflect what we can, fix what we must” is a great statement from our Head of Customer Enablement (support). Wonder if that is just an internal slogan or if we are communicating that to our customers as well, to make them feel even more valued.
Trap door? Explain…
Get ready the trap door is opening now.
Sales, PS and CE are the first and have already implemented this in a huge part of their org, continuing to implement in the rest of the org. Product have implemented it in parts of the org. already and are looking to implement it other parts as well. Remember the changes will be announced as opportunities and not as defeats.
Are they? Examples please
3 years, that’s how long it took for the KLT to realise that their functional organisation was a failure, so now they are beginning to move back to a country/regional organisation.
ATG Integration Update - Week 4
We are beginning to align on 4 key areas:
- People
- Bla bla bla
- Bla bla bla
- Setting up for growth
You know what this means.
Rumours are once again, and stronger than ever, that KL are going to sell off the less money making products, in order to achieve their “rule of 60”. Different workshops are currently being setup amongst the leadership to work on this. I envy those who would get an early freedom from the dictatorship - lucky ba----ds!
To add if the Dead Fish HR department announce a Mental Health Week or Wellness Sessions mark my words there will redundancies coming at end. Box ticked, time for more blood to be shed. As said Xmas always a favourite to spread the good will.
Welcome to our new colleagues at ATG! Expect redundancies before Christmas. Oh, and don't be surprised if you get layed off the week before Christmas, 'cause that's just the way these crazy, fun people like to roll.
As an ATG (now Keyloop) employee listening to our new leaders Yesterday, I suddenly understand all the talks going on in here…. I hope they make me redundant, and pay out these famous checks.
AM Awards tonight…. Always a great event for every single table slagging off the keyloop staff as no idea anymore. Everyone asking how to get out as quickly as possible and as usual Keyloop nominated for an award but always celebrate losing. Come talks to us, majority would rather choke. Always fun let’s see 😂
Pinewood are expanding their own training and implementation team, Keyloop have binned theirs -I wonder which has more faith in their product going forwards? Now separated from Pendragon, Pinewood are well placed to replace Keyloop Drive that promised so much but delivered so little.
Have they still got their Keyloop Spotify playlist? I have some suggestions for the playlist: Road to nowhere, We gotta get out of this place, Money for nothing, Lunatics have taken over the asylum and Can't get enough (Bad Company). Much love.
Can anyone else help?
Yay! We're sm--k bang on target to hit our goal of losing €24M in revenue this year. Those responsible must be very proud.
"We're evaluating the costs and skill levels in Vietnam". Management speak for "if it's cheaper than India we're moving there".
