I left on my own terms about a year ago as there was always an undercurrent threat. As they say, the best time to look for a job is while you still have one.
Change has/had a lot of potential with their solutions, but pockets of incompetent leadership at all levels are an issue. the same can be said for many other corporations. It is just a matter knowing which ones to live with.
